We are featuring another James River Country Club Wedding featuring our new bride and groom, Tara & Thomas! Tara is a romantic bride and Thomas is a fun loving, in-the-moment-groom! Michael and I had a lot of fun at this wedding! We met up with them the night before to photograph their rehearsal dinner! We were introduced to their families, friends, and wedding party.
James River Country Club Wedding
The day of their wedding went as smooth as it possibly could! Having an amazing coordinator such a Kristen at the James River Country Club makes all the difference in the mood and stress level of the day!
Tara’s bridal and getting ready photos truly reflected how beautiful she is! Those photos are some of my favorites! We followed the getting ready photos with some wedding party shots that were equally beautiful! My favorite moments, however, are the first touch and the gifts presented to the mothers. These moments are absolutely the best because they are always candid and in the moment. Those make for the best photos! Both mother’s were touched by Tara’s thoughtful gift.
For the ceremony, Tara and Thomas decided to use the beach as their backdrop! As many times as we have photographed at the JRCC, we have never photographed on the beach! I love that JRCC provides so many options for their couples! The beach backdrop was truly a nod to their fun and laid back personalities!
