On the blog, we are featuring Abigail and Trevor’s The Preserve at Dundee Wedding. As Richmond wedding photographers, we are always excited to shoot at new venues in one of our favorite cities! The Preserve at Dundee is a historical home that provided camp for both sides of the army in the Civil War. Today that property has become a event venue and as well as guided hunting grounds. This venue suited Abigail and Trevor so well! Trevor is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting. Fun fact, when Michael and I drove up the driveway, we heard the sound of people hunting. It was only later that we learned it was Trevor and his groomsmen enjoying a wedding day hunt! I love it when couples allow their wedding day to truly reflect themselves!
Our Favorite Moments
A favorite moment of mine was their sunset photos in the wildflowers. Abigail loved the wildflowers as well as the mountain views and we were able to incorporate both in the photos! Another favorite moment was the bubble exit! These exits are my new favorite! I prefer bubbles over sparklers. For one, they are safer, and two, the bubbles really fill in the photo!
We really loved Abbey and Trevor’s The Preserve at Dundee wedding as we are thrilled to share a few of our favorite images from their day!
