Engagements

Wow.  Even though Covid-19 has brought most of our weddings and sessions to a stand still, I still find myself incredibly busy with all the behind the scene things!  So much so that blogging has taken an unfortunate back seat.  But, Michael and I are making a point to get up to date on our blog with so many wonderful sessions that we are excited to share!

Today we are featuring Kimberly and Mark.  Their engagement session took us to a new location: Bethel Beach Natural Area in Matthews County.  We had never heard of this beach before but it is beautiful!  Kimberly and Mark will be getting married this August at St. Bede Catholic Church and Colonial Heritage Golf Club.  These two were so amazing during their engagement session and I can’t wait to photograph them again in a couple of months.

Kimberly is simply stunning and here piercing eyes are breathtaking.  Mark was so easy going and striking up a conversation with them was effortless!  The best part is, Kimberly and Mark love and ADORE each other and this made their images that much for beautiful!  I’m so thrilled to share their images today and I look forward to updating this blog with their wedding images!!! EEEEK!

As wedding photographers, we are often told by clients that they are awkward and nervous in front of a camera and that they just want to look and feel natural!  We all can relate to that!  I too feel awkward during family photos.  However, I've learned that by having a strong ability to pose and to notice the small details, we can make every look great and feel like their natural selves!
