The Market at Grelen
Nadia and Connor’s Market at Grelen wedding is a showstopper!! We’ve only been lucky enough to photograph at this venue three times but each time we go, it gives us the BEST photographs ever! The Market at Grelen is officially my new favorite Charlottesville venue and I wouldn’t be more excited to share it with you all today!
What Makes a Weddings
Nadia and Connor both come from close knit families. Nadia is of Bulgarian heritage so what made their wedding even more special to me was the fact that many of her Bulgarian family members traveled from their home country to be present for her wedding. I always count it a privilege to meet with and get to know family members. After all, families coming together is what truly makes a wedding.
We started the day is the new private bridal suites! This is the first time I got a chance to photograph in the new suites and I must say I was impressed! The inside is white and have plenty of natural lighting! This is a huge plus! The groomsmen’s quarters were downstairs and was just as amazing! Outside, there is plenty of landscaped space to take portraits nearby and away from guest visiting the property.
Their ceremony overlooked a stunning landscape that The Market at Grelen is known for! After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the stone patio before heading to the tent for the reception.
