William and Mary Wren Chapel Wedding
Stephanie and Eric’s William and Mary Wren Chapel Wedding will go down as one of our easiest weddings in terms of timeline and light! Usually, with weddings that are later in the fall, fitting everything into a timeline that allows us to utilize as much natural light as possible can sometimes be tricky! But these two make it SO easy we even had time for extra portraits after the ceremony that I am so glad we took!
A Beautiful Day for a Wedding
Stephanie and her girls started their day at the Scotland Street Salon in Williamsburg. If you have never been to this salon, please go check it out! It’s in the cutest building and the atmosphere and decor are so welcoming! The best part is, the salon had an amazing bay window that was perfect for Stephanie’s dress shot!
After some pretty getting ready pictures, we headed to the Crim Dell Bridge for the first look and some portraits! We decided to take all the portraits, including family portraits, before the ceremony since the sun would be gone by then but guess what…..we still have some glow after the ceremony so once Stephanie and Eric took in the moment of being husband and wife, we took them to the side for extra portraits! I’m so glad they allowed us to do that!
A Loving Family
Once the reception got underway, everyone let loose and had the best time! there were even dance competitions breaking out amongst the guests! One thing, though, that really sticks out to me was how loving Stephanie and Eric’s family were. We had so many of them come up to us to make sure we were going well and didn’t need anything. They even made us sit at the family table during the meals! How sweet is that!!
I say it all the time but I really mean it. Michael and I feel so blessed to have the couples that we have and they truly make us love our job even more!
So honored to share Stephanie and Eric’s wedding with everyone and we wish life to give them the best it has to offer. Theses two are more than deserving of it…..
