A Surprise Proposal at the Hermitage Museum and Gardens
This surprise proposal at the Hermitage Museum and Gardens was absolutely beautiful! If you have never been to the Hermitage before, I beg you to go!! It is spectacular!!
Alfred contacted us a few months back with plans to propose to his lovely girlfriend Hannah! They are both in medical school so he planned to have the proposal take place right after their exam. Alfred, being incredibly thoughtful of Hannah, wanted to propose at the Hermitage Museum because it is a place they visit often together and, did I mention it’s breathtaking!
Alfred and I planned a day to meet ahead of time to map out specific spots we wanted to use. To ensure that everything when smoothly, Alfred and I had three spots (we called it plan a, b, and c!) specifically chosen for the proposal. That way, if one spot is crowded or in use, we had other options. That goodness we did this because our Plan A ended up being taken up by a huge tent so I quickly texted him “plan B” and he knew exactly what I meant!
So, when the moment came for the proposal, things when exactly as planned and Hannah (oh my goodness) was just oh so gorgeous! After she said yes and I came out of hiding, we call stopped to look at the ring……
yeah…..
I was NOT prepared for this ring AT ALL!! When I tell you it’s fancy…..it’s FANCY!! Hannah, you are one loved and spoiled woman!!!
Once we finished gushing over her huge diamond, Alfred and Hannah joyfully began their on the spot engagement session!
It was so easy to pose and interact with them because their emotions were so raw and real and the joy was incredibly genuine!
I had the best time with these two as we explored the gardens and I wish them all the happiness in the world as they walk into this new chapter together!
And as always….enjoy our many many favorites!!
